Floating charge on all estates and interest in any f/h or l/h property subsequently belonging to the company and any fixed plant & machinery thereon. A charge by way of a first legal mortgage on the company's holding in canock fell mining company limited. And described in a conveyance dated 27/7/78. the companys undertaking property & all other property & assets and rights of the company (including un-called capital) (see doc m 14).
