L/H property k/a unit 45, beeches industrial estate yate, county of avon and the proceeds of sale thereof. Floating charge over all moveable plant machinery implements utensils furniture and equipment.

All credit and hire agreements in respect of the goods described in the list attached to doc M12. All guarantees, indemnities & other securities in respect of the above agreements; also policies of insurance in respect of those agreements. Plus an assignment dated 22/10/84 in respect of a nissan electric fork lift UBO1L 15U .

A specific & equitable charge over all f/h & l/h properties and/or the proceeds of sale thereof fixed and floating charges over the undertaking and all property and assets present and future including goodwill bookdebts & a charge by way of legal mortgage on piece of land in the district of northavon k/a unit no. 6 badminton road industrial estate yate and/or the proceeds of sale thereof.

Subject to the terms of the master charge:- (1) a) an assignment in security of a sub-hire agreement dated 22.10.84 made between the company of the one part and crs limited of the other part in respect of nissan electric fork lift - jhro 1484 b) such interest, if any, as the company may have in the goods described above. (2) all hire agreements made between the company & its customers in respect of the goods described above. (3) all guarantees etc taken by the company in respect of the liabilities of its customers. (4) all insurance policies in respect of the goods described above.

By way of first mortgage or charge: (1) such rights to and interest in goods that the company may hire or buy from chargee (2) hire agreements made between the company & its customers as may be described in schedules to the master charge from time to time executed by the company (3) all & any other hire agreements made between the company & its customers in respect of such goods described in (1) above. (4) all & any guarantees etc taken by the company in respect of liabilities of its customers under hire agreements described in (2) & (3). (5) all policies of insurance in respect of goods described in (1).
