Floating charge over all used motor vehicles,as defined,and all rights,title and interest thereunder; all proceeds of sale and all monies from time to time payable under any insurances; the benefit of any obligations,guarantees and warranties and any other rights or remedies thereto and the benefit of any contract for sale of motor vehicles. A first floating charge of the vehicle stock and all proceeds of sale or other disposition of it and all rights due to the company under any insurance policy maintained in respect of the vehicle stock including its interest in the proceeds of any insurance claims made in respect of the vehicle stock.

All present and future stock of used motor vehicles and all right title and interest therein, all moneys from time to time payable under any insurances in respect of the motor vehicles and all goods given in exchange for the motor vehicles.
