Fixed and floating charge over the undertaking and all property and assets present and future, including goodwill, book debts, uncalled capital, buildings, fixtures, fixed plant & machinery.

First fixed charge all moneys from time to time held by the bank on any current, deposit and/or other account which the company may now or hereafter have with the bank, but limited to £30,000.00.

By way of first fixed charge all moneys limited to £25,000.00.

Charge over fixed deposit by the company, by way of fixed charge all moneys held by the bank on any current, deposit and/or other account.

A specific equitable charge over all freehold and leasehold properties and/or the proceeds of sale thereof fixed and floating charges over undertaking and all property and assets present and future including goodwill bookdebts and the benefits of any licences.

The deposit initially of £47,500 credited to account designation 31512364 with the bank and any addition to that deposit and any deposit account from time to time of any other currency description or desigantion.
