TYRE ECONOMY LIMITED: অভিযোগ

By way of first fixed equitable charge, any amount received by the company as a result of any exercise by it of (1) any right to be indemnified by any other member of the dunlop group or to take the benefit of or to enforce any security or guarantee or indemnity in respect of all or any of the indebtedness of (2) any right of proof of the company in any winding-up of any other member of the dunlop group in respect of any indebtedness whatsoever.
