All monies and liabilities due or to become due from the company to (a) the trustee (as defined) and/or any receiver under this deed,the trust deed and the conditions provided herein or therein,under the notes (as defined) and on any account whatsoever.(b) the administrator (as defined) under the administration agreement (as defined) or any other similar agreement or the substitute administrator agreement or this deed on any account whatsoever.(c) to pfplc (as defined) under the mortgage sale agreement,the pfplc subordinated loan agreement,the fee letter,any agreement (all as defined) or this deed on any account whatsoever.(d) to pml (as defined) under the mortgage sale agreement,the administration agreement,the fee letter (all as defined) or this deed.(e) to the swap provider (as defined) under the swap agreement (as defined) or this deed.(f) to barclays under the substitute administrator agreement (as defined) or this deed
