EUREKA EMTN FUNDING PLC: Mortgages

In relation to any series, the assets mortgaged charged or pledged or intended to be mortgaged charged or pledged by the company in favour of the trustee by or pursuant to the principal trust deed and confirmed by the supplemental trust deed constituting such series including without limitation the emtn loan notes and any charged assets substituted pursuant to the conditions (the "charged assets").
