THE STATEMENT PRODUCTIONS (2003) LIMITED: Mortgages

Fixed charge all of its right title and interest in and to the film and any sums paid to the chargor from the collection account for the film, the master negative relating to the film, any inter-negative relating to the film, the rights etc. (the film being a film entitled "the statement"). All its right title and interest (both at the date of the charge and future vested and contingent statutory and otherwise) in (I) all rights of every kind and nature of the chargor (including without limitation copyrights) in and to any literary musical dramatic or other literary material upon which the film may be based in whole or in part or from which any or the film are or may be adapted or inspired or which may be or has been used or included in the film. All positive and negative film all video tape all soundtracks and all other physical properties of or relating to the film being provisionally entitled "the statement" and all literary property and ancillary rights in relation to the film and the copyright or copyrights of the film and the music of the series and all rights to distribute lease license sell exhibit broadcast or otherwise deal with the series all contracts and contract rights all financial proceeds.
