MOSSCLIFF POWER 12 LIMITED: Mortgages

By way of legal mortgage: all freehold and leasehold properties (whether registered or unregistered) and all commonhold properties, now or in the future (and from time to time) owned by the company, or in which the company holds an interest including but not limited to south uplaw farm wind turbine project, uplawmoor, glasgow G78 4BZ with title number REN133789; land at polkanuggo farm, stithians, truro TR3 7DE with title number CL311276; south hillside wind development banff; land lying to the northwest of jacobstow, bude with title number CL308556; wind turbine stratton, bude with title number CL300450; land known as ridings farm, timsbury, bath, BA2 0HH with title number ST319520; netherfields, whitestone, holesworthy; part east, nethercott, whitestone, cornwall; worvas farm, ruan minor, helston, cornwall and wind turbine site at blaenlliedi farm,sylen road, pontyberen, llanelli (the 'properties').. By way of fixed charge: (I) all properties acquired by the company in the future; (ii) all present and future interests of the company not effectively mortgaged or charged under the provisions of clause 3 of the debenture in, or over, freehold or leasehold property; (iii) all present and future rights, licenses, guarantees, rents, deposits, contracts, covenants and warranties relating to each property; (iv) all the company's present and future patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, designs, copyrights, inventions, topographical or similar rights, confidential information and know-how and any interest in any of these rights, whether or not registered, including all applications and rights to apply for registration and all fees, royalties and other rights derived from, or incidental to, these rights.

The chargor's present and future patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, designs, copyrights, inventions, topographical or similar rights, confidential information and know-how and any interest in any of these rights, whether or not registered, including all applications and rights to apply for registration and all fees, royalties and other rights derived from, or incidental to, these rights.
