All monies. Mortgage the companys premises situate at 18 new street and 20 new street, newry, county down (comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated 1/4/91 made between brian burns of the one part and the company of the other part) and all fixed and moveable plant machinery implements utensils furniture and equipment which are now or shall at any time during the continuance of the security become the property of the company.

All monies. Mortgage debenture 1. a fixed charge over:- the companys premises situated at clanrye mills, newry, co down and all buildings, fixed plant, machinery and other things of the nature of fixtures which are now or may at any time be thereon. 2. a fixed charge over:- all the book debts and other debts now and from time to time due or owing to the company but so that the company shall pay into the companys account with the bank all moneys which it may receive in respect of such debts and shall not without the prior consent in writing of the bank sell factor discount or otherwise charge or assign the same in favour of any other person or purport to do so and the company shall if called upon to do so by the bank from time to time execute legal assignments of such book debts and other debts to the bank. 3. a floating charge over:- all the undertaking of the company and all its property and assets for the time being both present and future including its goodwill and uncalled capital but so that the company shall not without the banks consent create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with this mortgage debenture.

Debenture all the companys undertaking property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled capital for the time being and goodwill with a specific charge on the townland of lisdrumgullion in the parish of newry barony of upper orior and co armagh and also glanrye mills, newry and crawfords park and merchants quay and corry place and canal quay newry. The debenture provides that the company shall not be at liberty to create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with it.
