All monies. Mortgage the companys property comprised in folio no 22933 of the register of free- holders of the county of antrim of the land registry of northern ireland held in fee simple. Together with all machinery utensils chattels and things now or at any time hereinafter upon all of the aforesaid premises.

All monies. Mortgage the companys property situate in the townlands of west division carrickfergus and clipperstown county antrim. Held in fee simple together with all machinery utensils chattels and things now or at any time hereinafter upon all of the aforesaid premises.
