WOLSEY`S INNS LIMITED: Mortgages

All that and those the lands and premises situate at and known as 26 high street, bangor being all of the lands and premises as were comprised in the lease dated 01 february 1893 made between robert edward ward (1) and michael stewart (2) together with the intoxicating liquor licence attaching thereto.

All monies mortgage. All that the premises comprised in an assignment and described therein and are situate at and known as wolseys bar, 24/26 high street, bangor, county down together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto.

Mortgage/charge - all monies. The premises known as wolseys bar, 24-26 high street bangor county down.

Charge. 1. all freehold and leasehold properties of the company. 2. all securities held by the company. 3. all book debts owing to the company. 4. all uncalled capital, goodwill and intellectual property. 5. all the undertaking and other assets of the company both present and future.

All monies. Floating charge the undertaking of the company and all its property whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled capital for the time being. The company shall not be at liberty without the previous consent in writing of northern bank limited to create any mortgage or charge or confer any lien on its assets or any part thereof or to sell or deal with its book or other debts or securities for money otherwise than for the purpose of getting in and realising the same in the ordinary way of business.

All monies charge over all book debts all book debts and other debts now and from time to time hereafter due owing or incurred to the company.

All monies mortgage licensed premises nos. 24 and 26 high street, bangor, county down together with all machinery utensils chattels and things now or at any time hereafter upon all of the aforesaid premises and together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto.

All monies. Mortgage the lands comprised in an indenture of lease dated 1/2/1893 made between robert edward ward of the one part and michael stewart of the other part situate on the south said of high street in the town parish and borough of bangor in the district of north down held for the term of 999 years from 1/5/1892 for the yearly rent of #11.40 together with the dwelling house and premises erected thereon now known as "trident tavern", situate at and known as nos 24 and 26 high street in the town parish and borough of bangor in the district of north down. Together with the intoxi- cating liquor licence attached thereto.

All monies. Mortgage all that and those the lands heredita- ments and licensed premises known as wolseys bar situate at 24/26 high street bangor, county down which said premises are comprised in an assignment dated the 28/2/94 and made between bangor inns limited of the first part john ross (the liquidator) of the second part and the borrower of the third part together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto and the undertakings and goodwill of the business carried on in the mortgaged property with any buildings now or hereafter erected or in the course of erection thereon and the benefit of all licences.
