VARIETY FOODS (NI) LIMITED: Mortgages

Mortgage debenture - all monies the assets of the company designated hereunder:- (I) by way of a specific equitable charge all future freehold and leasehold and property belonging to the company during the continuance of this security. (Ii) by way of specific charge all stocks, shares and/or other securities now and at any time during the continuance of this security belonging to the company in any of its subsidiary companies (which expression shall for the purpose of this mortgage debenture have the meaning given in articles 4 of the companies (northern ireland) order 1986). Legal charge folio no an 24432L county antrim the leasehold land shown on the registry map relating to the above folio being a plot of ground on the east side of wildflower way, adelaine industrial estate, lisburn in the county borough of belfast held under an indenture of lease dated 27/6/91 made between the dept. Of economic development of the one part and henry johnston of the other part for the term of 999 years from 1/7/91.
