Bushmills, county antrim which said premises are, inter alia, comprised in a conveyance dated 4/12/95 and made between samuel ronald montgomery and patricia montgomery of the one part and the borrower of the other part and which said licensed premises are more part- icularly delineated on the map attached hereto and thereon surrounded by a red line together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto and the undertakings goodwill of the business carried on in the mortgaged property with any buildings now or hereafter erected or in the course of erection thereon and the benefit of all licences.
