All monies.mortgage of licences all intoxicating liquor licences and all other licenses (hereinafter collectively referred to as " the licences") for the time being held by or on behalf of the borrower in connection with the hereditaments and premises comprised in a debenture dated 16TH december 1999 between the borrower and the mortgagee ("the principal mortgage") or any part thereof and the goodwill of any business carried on in the mortgaged premises.

All monies.debenture the premises situate and known as the chimney corner inn, 630 antrim road, glengormley, county antrim comprised in a conveyance and transfer dated 19TH november 1999 between cdc (NI) limited of the one part and the mortgagor of the other part ("the conveyance and transfer") being the entirety of the lands comprised in folio nos. 17977 and 27154 both county antrim and that part of the lands in folio no. 28113 county antrim shown shaded blue on the said map being part of the lands comprised in a fee farm grant dated 31ST may 1867 and made between james boyd of the one part and john johnston of the other part. All undertakings, property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including goodwill and its uncalled capital for the time being with the payment of all moneys thereby secured including interest aforesaid.
