All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee on an account current regulated by a supplemental agreement dated 25TH july 1995 and a tripartite deed of covenant dated 25TH july 1995

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee under the security documents (as defined therein) or any of them

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee under or pursuant to the security documents (as defined therein) or any of them

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee under the security documents or any of them as defined in this deed

All monies due or to become due from jacobs vi limited and/or R. lapthorn and company limited to the chargee under the security documents as defined in this deed

All monies due or to become due from jacobs vi limited and/or R. lapthorn and company limited to the chargee under certain of the security documents and any other such document as defined

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee under the security documents or any of them and under the deed of covenant as defined therein

All monies due from the company and others (as defined) to the chargee under the terms of the financial agreements and the second priority statutory mortgages dated 29.11.91 (as defined)

For securing all sums of money from time to time owing to the chargee by R. lapthorn and company limited and john I. Jacobs PLC or either of them under the security documents or any of them

All monies due or to become due from the jacobs and partners limited and R. lapthorn and company limited (the "325" and "328 owners") to the chargee under the "security documents" (as defined)

All monies due or to become due from R.lapthorn and company limited to the chargee under the yard no. 325 financial agreement and by jacobs and partners limited and R. lapthorn and company limited under the yard no. 328 financial agreement

All monies due or to become due from R. lapthorn and company limited & jacobs and partners limited (the "325 owners") to the chargee and by R. lapthorn and company limited & jacobs and partners limited (the "328 owners") under certain of the security documents (as defined)

All monies due or to become due from r lapthorn and company limited to the chargee under the terms of the security documents as defined the deed of covenant

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee under the terms of the security documents as defined the deed of covenant

Sterling pounds 880,000 and all other moneys due or to become due from r lapthorn and company limited and/or jacobs and partners limited to the chargee under the terms of the security documents as defined in the deed

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the security documents as defined in the charge

£621,170 and all other monies due or to become due from the company and or jacobs offshore limited and/or r lapthorn and company limited under the security documents defined as financial agreement dated 28/12/84 an agreement deed of charge mortgage and deed of covenant all dated 19/1/89 and any s;uch other documents as may have been or shall be executed

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or jacobs offshore limited under the security documents defined as & financial agreement dated 19TH jan 1989 or a mortage & deed of covenant to be executed and any such other documents as may have been or shall be executed to the chargee

Sterling pounds 880,000 and all other monies due or to become due from the company and/or jacobs and partners limited under the terms of a financial agreement dated 15TH july 1988 and the deed of covenant as each document may from time to time be amended to the chargee

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of (1) financial agreement dated 28/12/84 (2) deed of charge (3) first statutory mortgage dated 27/1/86 on mv hoo swan (4) deed of covenant collateral thereto dated 27/1/86 (5) first statutory mortgage dated 28/12/84 on mv hoo tact (6) deed of covenant collateral thereof dated 28/11/84 all between (inter alia) the company and the bank and any such other documents as may have been or shall hereafter be executed to secure such moneys or any of them

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee secured by a charge dated 27/1/86 and a financial agreement dated 28/12/84

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on an account current under the terms of a financial agreement dated 28/12/84 and a deed of covenants dated 27/1/86

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or jacobs and tenvig offshore LTD under the terms of the charge to the chargee
