LOTUS BODY ENGINEERING LIMITED: Belastungen

(A) all moniey and liabilities as at the date of the debenture or in the future due, owing or incurred in any manner to the chargee by the company; (b) all money and liabilities as at the date of the debenture or in the future due, owing or incurred in any manner to the chargee by each other charging company (as defined), in each case, whether actually or contingently and whether soley or jointly with any other person, whether as principal or surety and whether or not the chargee was an original party to the relevant transaction, including all interest, commission, fees, charges, costs and expenses which the chargee may in the course of its business charge or incur in respect of the company or its affairs and so that shall be computed and compounded in accordance with the usual practice of the chargee (after as well as before any demand or judgement).

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or the other companies named therein to midland bank PLC including without limitation all sums payable under the terms of the facility letters or the guarantee (as defined) or otherwise on any account whatsoever

All monies due or to become due from the company and/or all or any of the other companies named therein to the chargee on any account whatsoever including without limitation all sums payable under the terms of the facility letters or the guarantees or the charge (as defined)
