A specific charge over its goodwill and the benefit of any licences and all patents patent aplications inventions trade-marks trade names registered designs copyrights know-how and any other intellectual property rights. A specific equitable charge over all freehold and leasehold properties and/or the proceeds of sale thereof fixed and floating charges over undertaking and all property and assets present and future including goodwill bookdebts and the benefits of any licences.

First, by way of first fixed charge all and eveny sum or sums of money then or at any time thereafter standing to the credit of an account of the company with herebond as "the retention account" (see doc M395 for further detaisl).

All book debts present & future (see doc. M15).

A speicific eaquitable charge are all f/hold & l/hold properties &/or the proceeds of sale thereof. Fixed & floating charge over undertaking and all property and assets present and future including goodwill, bookdebts & the benefit of any licences.

All monies from time to time held to the credit of the company by the bank of any current deposit or other account or accoutns which the company may now or hereafter herewith the bank or under any deposits receipt.
