£10,000,000 11.655 per cent first mortgage debenture stock 2015 and £12,500,000 first mortgage debenture stock 2015 created by the 1989 trust deed and all other monies intended to be secured by the 1989 trust deed which expression shall include the 1989 trust deed, the 1994 supplemental deed of charge, the 1994 supplemental trust deed, the second supplemental trust deed, the third supplemental trust deed,the deed of release and substitution dated 15/02/96, the deed of release and substitution dated 20/02/96, the second deed of release and substitution dated 28/06/99, the fourth supplemental trust deed dated 29/09/00 and the third deed of release and substitution dated 12/03/01

£10,000,000 11.655% first mortgage debenture stock 2015 and £12,500,000 9.635% first mortgage debenture stock 2015 created by the 1989 trust deed and al l other monies intended to be secured by the 1989 trust deed which expression shall include the 1989 trust deed, the 1994 supplemental deed of charge, the 1994 supplemental trust deed, the second supplemental trust deed, the third supplemental trust deed and the deed of release and substitution and any deed or instrument expressed to be supplemental thereto (including any deed constituting or securing any further stock) and any other deed or instrument conferring rights on the trustee or to which it may be a party executed or entered into pursuant to the 1989 trust deed or any deed supplemental thereto

£12,500,000 being the aggregate principle amount of the new stock together with interest at the rate of 9.635 per cent. Per annum payable by equal quarterly instalments on 28 february, 31 may, 31 august and 30 november in each year, the first such interest payment being due on 31 august 1995 for the period down to that date, and £10,000,000 being the aggregate principal amount of the original stock together with interest at the rate of 11.655 per cent. Per annum payable by equal half yearly instalments on 31 march and 30 september in each year until 30 september 2009, when the rate of interest shall reduce to 9.75 per cent. Per annum and all of the monies intended to be secured by the deed of release and substitution and the trust deed.

The equal payments of £81,693.75 to the chargee on 25TH december 1995,25TH march 1996,24TH june 1996,29TH september 1996,25TH december 1996 and 25TH march 1997

Equal payments from the company to the chargee of eighty one thousand six hundred and ninety -three pounds and seventy five pence on the 29TH september 1995,25TH december 1995,25TH march 1996,24TH june 1996,29TH september 1996,25 dec 1996 and 25TH march 1997.

Further in favour of the chargee the principal of and interest on the £10,000,000 11.655 per cent. First mortgage debenture stock 2009 of the company and all other moneys intended to be secured by the above deed and the trust deed dated 4TH october 1989 to which it is supplemental
