All monies due or to become due from the company to the secured parties on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge

All monies obligations and liabilities due or to become due from the company to the chargee as agent (the "agent") chase manhattan PLC as arranger, barclays bank PLC as ancillary facilities bank, the chase manhattan bank and such other banks and financial institutions which shall at any time enter into any interest rate arrangements with suber interholdco 1 limited ("interholdco") pursuant to the facilities arrangement (as defined) (the "hedge transactions") and the chargee as security agent (the "security agent") including without limitation all monies and obligations and liabilities due owing or incurred under or pursuant to the finance documents (as defined)
