By way of fixed charge all of the chargor's right title and interest to and in,all of the equipment and all other plant and machinery and all related spare parts,manuals,records,other equipment and tools and all the proceeds of any sale or other disposal thereof all of the right title and interest to and in the leases and the receivables and in all intellectual property rights or similar rights now or hereafter belonging to the chargor all monies in its possession or standing to the credit of the security account and the debts represented by them and all monies standing to the credit of any other account by way of a first fixed charge all of the chargor's right title and interest to and in the business contracts and any other agreements to which it becomes party.
