(B) a specific equitable charge over all future estates and interests of the company in the property mortgaged and all other freehold or leasehold property (c) a specific charge over the goodwill of the company and the benefit of all licences and all fixed and moveable plant machinery implements utensils and equipment present and future. (D) a specific charge over all book debts and other debts present and future (e) a floating charge over all of the undertaking of the company and all its property assets and rights whatsoever and wheresoever present and future. The debenture provides that the chargee may at any time by notice in writing con vert the floating security into a fixed or specific charge.
