DONEGALL QUAY LIMITED: Belastungen

All that and those the land and premises comprised in land registry folio AN181283L county antrim known as lands at donegall quay, belfast (the entire site) as listed in schedule 2, part 7 of the debenture, the lease agreements listed at schedule 2, part 8 of the debenture and all other assets and undertaking of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and the property and assets charged pursuant to clause 3.1 to 3.4 of the debenture and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.2.7 of the debenture.

All the lands at donegall quay, belfast as registered at land registry under folio AN181283L county antrim and the lease agreements detailed at schedule 2 part 8 of the debenture, as charged pursuant to clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of the debenture.

(I) to hold so much of the same as is held in fee simple or under fee farm grant unto the bank for the term of 1,000 years from the date hereof...see image for full details.

(A) assigns and agrees to assign unto the bank absolutely (I) all its present and future benefits, title and interest in (but not obligations under) the assigned contract...see image for full details.

All monies debenture. Freehold property known as "obel" donegall quay, belfast under folio nos AN46573, AN152705 and AN36124.

All monies security assignment and charge (relating to a certain jct 2005 revision 1 2007 standard building contract with quantities dated 10 june 2008). relating to the design and construction of a mixed use development to be siutuate at donegall quay, belfast and any further documents, licences or agreement entered into beetween, interalia, the contractor and the company.

All monies security assignment and charge (relating to a certain master development agrement dates 27TH june 2002). relating to the design and construction of a mixed use development to be siutuate at donegall quay, belfast.

All monies debenture. By wayof mortgage,all the companys freehold and leasehold lands, hereditaments, premises, property and all chattels both present and future, including with out prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the property, particulars of which are specified in the first schedule.

Security assignment all monies all monies obligations and liabilites whatsoever whether pricipal, interest or otherwise for further details see document 25.

Charge on account - all of the company's rights, title and interest in and to the security account, the deposit and the debt represented thereby. See doc 20 for further details.

Debenture - by way of mortgage all freehold and leasehold land in northern ireland vested in the company at the date of the debenture and not registered at the land registry of northern ireland see doc 19 for further details.

Security assignment - all the company's right, title benefit and interest (but not obligation) to in and under the master development agreement dated 27TH june 2002 see doc 18 for further details.
