I. A legal mortgage on the properties (if any) specified in the schedule 2 to this deed);. Ii. A legal mortgage on all properties (other than any properties specified in schedule 2) now owned by the company or in which the company has an interest;. Ii. A fixed charge on the freehold and leasehold properties of the company not effectively mortgaged under clauses 4.1(a) and (b) including such as may hereafter be acquired; and. Iv. All present and future patents, trademarks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests (which may now or in the future subsist) whether registered or unregistered; and the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets of the company.

Fixed and floating charges over the undertaking and all property and assets present and future including goodwill bookdebts uncalled capital buildings fixtures fixed plant and machinery.
