F/H property known as or being all that f/h property known as units a, b and c city park, hove, forming part of the t/n ESX233677 and ESX115115. Together with all buildings and fixtures (including trade fixtures) fixed plant and machinery by way of fixed charge all present and future book and other debts floating charge over all moveable plant machinery implements utensils furniture and equipment by way of assignment the goodwill of the business (if any) the full benefit of all licences and all guarantees.

By way of a first fixed legal charge all of its present and future rights title and interest in and to the contract sums which shall from time to time become payable to the company by the contractor is rights arising out of or in connection with any breach or default by the contractor under any of the terms obligations covenants undertakings or conditions of the contract whether in respect of the development or otherwise.
