All that property situate and known as units 31-33 willis way industrial estate, fleetsbridge, poole, dorset t/n's DT99349, DT148418, DT152196, DT253611, DT278957, DT168371 & DT115513 and all buildings fixtures plant and machinery from time to time thereon by way of first fixed charge all the goodwill of the business the full benefit of all the present and future licences consents permissions and agreements the benefit of any compensation payable to the borrower from time to time on account of the revocation or non-renewal of any such licence consent or permission the full benefit of any shareholding the present and future uncalled share capital by way of fixed equitable charge all estates or interest in any land (except the property) now or at any time vested in or charged to the borrower. All the undertaking property and assets of the borrower present and future but excluding any property which is at any time subject to any effectual fixed legal charge in favour of west bromwich building society (except as therein mentioned).
