Fixed charge on all f/h and l/h property together with all fixtures fittings and fixed plant and machinery, all goodwill, unpaid and/or uncalled capital, all intellectual property, all stocks shares bonds and securities, all loan capital and non vesting debts and other debts. Floating charge on such moneys in respect of the other debts and non-vesting debts and on the remainder of the undertaking property rights and assets.
