The company's right title and interest present and future in and to the vessel 'hebridean princess under official number 305306, all the rights of the company under or pursuant to a bareboat charter dated 14 october 1988, all moneys whatsoever from time to time due or payable to any person arising from the use or operation of the ship together with all the earnings payable by the charterer to the company under or pursuant to the charter; and/or any moneys payable under or pursuant to any guarantee, security or other assurance given to the company at any time in respect of the charterer's obligations under or pursuant to the charter; the benefit of all insurances of the ship; and any compensation payable in respect of the compulsory acquisition or requisition of title of the ship.
