BRITSHIP FOUR LIMITED: Charges

All monies due or owing by the company and/or any of the other companies named therein to the senior creditors (as defined therein) under or in connection with the senior finance documents (as defined)

All present and future obligations and liabilities due or to become due from the company and each obligor pursuant to the terms of the finance documents or any other document evidencing or security for any such liabilities

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under or pursuant to the guarantee the mortgage this deed and the other security documents

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the guarantee,this assignment and the other security documents to which the company is a party

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on an account current under the terms of a second priority deed of covenants dated 23RD december 1993 and two demise charterparties both dated 30TH september 1993 and regulated by a guarantee dated 23RD december 1993 to be amended supplemented and/or varied from time to time

Us $ 6,175,000 due from the company to the chargee pursuant to a loan agreement dated 7TH january 1993 as amended by a supplemental agreement dated 23RD december 1993 and any other monies payable under the loan agreement and security docements (as defined)
