All monies.deed of mortgage the premises situate and known as the ormeau bakery, ormeau road, ava avenue and burmah street, belfast, which for the purposes of identification are outlined in red on the map annexed hereto.

Debenture 1. a fixed charge over all the book debts and other debts now and from time to time due or owing to the company but so that the company shall pay into the companys account with the bank all moneys which it may receive in respect of such debts and shall not without the prior consent in writing of the bank sell factor discount or otherwise charge or assign the same in favour of any person or purport to do so and the company shall if called upon to do so by the bank from time to time execute legal assignments of such book debts and other debts to the bank. 2. a floating charge over all the under- taking of the company and all its pro- perty and assets for the time being both present and future including its good- will and uncalled capital but so that the company shall not without the con- sent in writing of the bank create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with this debenture.

All monies. Charge a fixed charge over: the companys lands and premises comprised in A. folio 31702 county tyrone and B. folio AR648 county armagh.

All monies. Mortgage the companys premises siutate at: A. castlewellan rd newcastle co down B. antrim rd ballynahinch co down C. elgin st belfast D. ava avenue, belfast E. burmah st belfast F. ormeau rd belfast G. haypark avenue belfast H. sunnyside pk belfast I. William st londonderry, and all buildings, fixed plant machinery and other things of the nature of fixtures which are now or may at any time during the continuance of the security be there on.

All monies. Floating charge the undertaking of the company and all its property whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled capital for the time being. The company shall not be at liberty without the previous consent in writing of northern bank limited to create any mortgage or charge or confer any lien on its assets or any part thereof or to sell or deal with its book or other debts or securities for money otherwise than for the purpose of getting in and realising the same in the ordinary way of business.

All monies. Mortgage the companys property comprised in folio no 15581 county fermanagh and folio nos 31702 and 8443 county tyrone and all machinery utensils chattels and things now or at any time hereinafter upon all of the aforesaid premises. Freehold.

All monies. Mortgage the companys property situate at castlewellan road, newcastle, co down antrim road, ballynahinch, co down elgin street, ava avenue, burmah street, ormeau road and haypark avenue all in the city of belfast, lands of haypark co down parkview terrace, belfast sunnyside park, belfast and all machinery utenisils chattels and things now or at any time hereinafter upon all of the aforesaid premises.

Further charge the companys undertaking and all its property whatsoever both present and future. The company is precluded, with- out the consent of mortgagee from creating any mortgage charge or lien on any of its property or assets ranking in priority to deed described at (1) or pari passu therewith.

Floating charge the undertaking and all the property of the company whatsoever and whereso- ever both present and future including its uncalled capital for the time being if any.

Debenture all the companys undertaking property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including uncalled capital and goodwill with a specifidc charge in the property listed in the schedule annexed to doc 88. the debenture contains a provision that the company shall not be at liberty to create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with this debenture.

Premises comprised in an indenture of lease dated 17/1/02 situate at bangor co down. All the companys assets for the time being both present and future.
