The picture being the feature length theatrical motion picture tentatively entitled "mindhunters" the picture rights and all the copyrights in the picture and any other films and any sound recordings made in connection with the picture the benefits of all revenues all those rights in relation to all music composed and sketches and designs the benefit of the fd agreement the intermedia agreement and the distribution agreements. All its right title and interest (in relation to the picture throughout the world and whether now owned or hereafter acquired) in and to all pre- print elements capable of producing prints, all positive prints film video tapes discs, all soundtrack elements all literary property and ancillary rights in relation to the picture and the copyright thereof, the copyright of the picture, the music and musical compositions of the picture including the lyrics, all rights to distribute lease license sell exhibit broadcast or otherwise, and all revenues income proceeds and other property received or to be received, all contracts and contract rights agreements, all sequels remakes and television film and serial rights in the picture, all ancillary publishing spin off and merchandising rights of every kind, all sums standing to the credit of the production accounts for the picture, the production agreements by and between mdl and the company and the distribution and licensing agreement entered into by imfd the company in respect of the picture.. By way of fixed and floating charge all of mdl's right title and interest in and to 1.1 all copies of the picture and of any such other films and sound recordings and all copies of the scripts and musical scores thereeof and any sketches and designs therefor together with all physical negative, internegative, interpositive and positive sound and visual material for incorporating or reproducing the picture.
