The chargor's leasehold interest (as tenant) in the leases in respect of the care home site at the land and buildings known as iceni house care home, jack boddy way, swaffham, norfolk, PE37 7HJ being the subjects registered at the land registry under title number NK333988, dated: (I) 1 december 2008 and made between, among others, emerald developments enniskillen limited, southern cross opco limited and southern cross bidco limited as varied from time to time and as assigned to the chargor on or around 23 march 2026, the leasehold title to which is currently registered under title number NK414315; (ii) 1 november 2018 originally made between, among others, the chargee and norfolk care homes LTD as varied from time to time and as assigned to the chargor on or around 23 march 2026, the leasehold title to which is currently registered under title number NK488370; and (iii) on or around 23 march 2026 and made between the chargee, the chargor, park view care home (liverpool) limited (registered no. 13203562), kingsley healthcare (birmingham) limited (registered no. 13856317), kingsley buckingham lodge limited (registered no. 13012064), (6) kingsley healthcare (olney) limited (registered no. 13425657), (7) kingsley healthcare (holt) limited (registered no. 13425636), (8) kingsley healthcare (weymouth) limited (registered no. 16438071) and (9) kingsley healthcare (formby) limited (registered no. 16220667) dated on or around the date hereof, as varied from time to time, and to be registered at the land registry.
