Means all and whole (first) all and whole the dwellinghouse and other buildings erected on the site of a range of tenements known as numbers 35, 37 and 39 lanark road, edinburgh EH14 1TL, together with the area or areas of ground extending to the water of leith and with the whole buildings erected thereon, being the subjects described in and disponed by disposition by the new edinburgh investment building society in favour of james geddes veitch dated fifth and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of edinburgh (now midlothian) on the sixteenth, both days of july nineteen hundred and twenty-four; and (second) all and whole that area or piece of ground extending to 46 decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre or thereby lying on the west side of the water of leith immediately to the south of lanark road, in the city of edinburgh and county of midlothian being the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by the trustees of the late william wallace in favour of the lord provost, magistrates and council of the city of edinburgh dated twenty-ninth february and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on the eighteenth march, both months in nineteen hundred and twenty-four; which subjects (first) and (second) hereby described are shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the standard security granted by 73L LTD in favour of dragonfly finance S.à R.L. dated 3 april 2019.
