All amounts owing by the company to fce bank PLC under the receivables sale contracts the servicing agreement the subordinated loan agreement and the stamp duty subordinated loan agreement to the swap counterparty under the swap agreement to the principal paying agent under the agency agreement to the account bank under the bank agreement and gic agreement to the corporate service provider under the corporate services agreement and to the noteholders under the notes and all other amounts which the company covenants to pay in the deed of charge (all as defined in the schedule to the 395)
