Debenture - all monies by way of a first fixed charge the leasehold property known as 10 tully road, nutts corner, crumlin, county antrim, northern ireland BT29 4SW being the premises held under a lease dated 1 february 1991 from college freight services (NI) limited to target express limited for the term of 15 years from 1 february 1991 subject as therein and being part of the premises comprised in folio 28533 county antrim and any other freehold and leasehold property now vested in the company which is situate in northern ireland together in all cases with all fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) anf fixed plant and machinery from time to time therein or thereon and the proceeds of sale of all or any part thereof.
