All moneys obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the mortgagor (as defined) to the chargee pursuant to the finance documents (as defined) and/or in connection with any loan facility or other financial accommodation from time to time granted or otherwise made available pursuant thereto and all other moneys obligations and liabilities due on any account whatsoever and any interest charged under the terms of the charge

All moneys obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the general partner (as defined) to the chargee pursuant to the finance documents (as defined) and/or in connection with any loan facility or other financial accommodation from time to time granted or otherwise made available pursuant thereto and all other moneys obligations and liabilities due on any account whatsoever and any interest charged under the terms of the charge

All moneys obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the mortgagor (as defined) to the bank pursuant to the finance documents (as defined) and/or in connection with any loan facility or other financial accommodation from time to time granted or otherwise made available pursuant thereto and all other moneys obligations and liabilities due on any account whatsoever and any interest charged under the terms of the charge

All monies, obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the company to the chargee paid, performed or discharged, whether directly or indirectly, pursuant to the terms of any of the finance documents and/or in connection with any loan facility or other financial accommodation from time to time granted or otherwise made available pursuant thereto together with all monies, obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the company to the chargee to be paid, performed or discharged, whether now or at any time in the future and on any account whatsoever and howsoever arising and whether actual or contingent, whether alone or jointly and in whatever name, firm or style and whether as principal or surety together with all expenses, and any interest charged under the terms of the charge

All monies, obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the mortgagor (as defined) to the chargee paid, performed or discharged, whether directly or indirectly, pursuant to the terms of any of the finance documents and/or in connection with any loan facility or other financial accommodation from time to time granted or otherwise made available pursuant thereto together with all monies, obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the mortgagor (as defined) to the chargee to be paid, performed or discharged, whether now or at any time in the future and on any account whatsoever and howsoever arising and whether actual or contingent, whether alone or jointly and in whatever name, firm or style and whether as principal or surety together with all expenses, and any interest charged under the terms of the charge

All monies, obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the mortgagor (as defined) to the chargee paid, performed or discharged, whether directly or indirectly, pursuant to the terms of any of the finance documents and/or in connection with any loan facility or other financial accommodation from time to time granted or otherwise made available pursuant thereto together with all monies, obligations and liabilities on the part of the borrower (as defined) and/or the mortgagor (as defined) to the chargee to be paid, performed or discharged, whether now or at any time in the future and on any account whatsoever and howsoever arising and whether actual or contingent, whether alone or jointly and in whatever name, firm or style and whether as principal or surety together with all expenses, and any interest charged under the terms of the charge
