As Assistant to the Minister of Defence for Military Economics and Finance and member of the Armed Forces of Belarus, Major General Igor Vladimirovich MOZHILOVSKY is or has been involved in engaging or providing support for an action which destabilises Ukraine or undermines or threatens the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, namely, facilitating the movement of Russian troops across Belarus and providing logistical support to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in their ongoing military operations in Ukraine.
