Sergei Ivanovich SAENKO (hereafter SAENKO) held an editorial position in 2016 and 2017 at the Strategic Culture Foundation (SCF), an “involved person” under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (RUS1381) for its role in spreading propaganda and disinformation. In this role, SAENKO is or has been involved in providing support for and promoting actions and policies which destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
