Any and all monies, liabilities and obligations due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the loan agreement or any other transaction document to which the company is a party (and any and all such moneys, liabilities and obligations whether or not the company is personally liable for the same and whether or not any recourse may be had with respect thereto against the company and/or its assets) and by 49617 leasing limited or 49399 leasing limited to the chargee under any of the transaction documents to which 49617 leasing limited or 49399 leasing limited are a party

In favour of the chargee (1) the repayment of the principal amount pursuant to the loan agreement of us$ 19,866,029.86; (2) the payment of interest, interest for late payments and penalties which may become due under the loan agreement; (3) the obligations defined in articles 10 and 11 of the loan agreement; (4) the payments contemplated in articles 13 and 14 of the loan agreement; (5) the payments due to the chargee pursuant to the participation agreement; (6) the payments due to the chargee pursuant to the guarantee, the lease assignment and the other security documents; (7) the reimbursement to the chargee of expenses incurred in enforcing the above-mentioned claims or the mortgage constituted by this agreement
