All rights related as right of pledge, deed of suretyship, retention of title and all claims arising before, on or after the date of the assignment directly or indirectly linked to any financing granted by the bank to the assignor.

All its right, title and interest in and to receivables existing at the date of the assignment and all its right, title and interest in and to future receivables immediately upon coming into existence.

All its rights and interests in goods without exception, held on or after the date of the pledge by the bank anywhere, in the bank's name and/or at her disposal.
