All monies charge over security account. In connection with a certain master framework agreement dated 6 august 2009 relating to a residential property development at mounteagles derriaghy belfast.

All monies mortgage/charge & counterpart. All that and those that part of the lands and premises situate in the townland of clara, barony of kilcoursey and county of offaly measuring in area 5.644 hectares or thereabouts.

All monies deed of charge. A specific legal charge over that part of the lands comprised in folio no 927 county antrim.

Mortgage/charge and counterpart - all monies. All that and those that part of the lands at duncarbry, bundoran in the county of leitrim being part of the lands comprised in folio 3186F of the register of freeholders county of leitrim comprising an area of 2.850 hectares or thereabouts metric measure.

All monies - debenture 1. a specific equitable charge over all estates or interests of the company in all freehold or leasehold property and or the proceeds of sale thereof. 2. a specific charge over the goodwill of the company and the benefit of any licences and all fixed and moveable plant, machinery implements utensils furniture and equipment, present and future. See doc 46 for further details.

All monies. Mortgage debenture a) a specific equitable charge over the companys estate or interest in all free- hold or leasehold properties now or at any time belonging to or charged to the company. B) a specific charge over all book and other debts for the time being due or owing to the company but so that the company shall pay into the companys account with the bank all moneys which it may receive in respect of such debts and shall not without the prior consent in writing of the bank sell factor dis- count or otherwise charge or assign the same in favour of any other person or purport to do so and the company shall if called upon to do so by the bank from time to time execute legal assignments of such book debts and other debts to the bank. C) a specific charge over its goodwill and the benefit of any licences and all fixed and moveable plant machinery implements utensils furniture and equip- ment for the time being the companys property. D) a floating charge over the under- taking and all other property and assets present and future but so that the company shall not without the banks consent create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with this charge.
