Debenture - all monies. 1. fixed charges. 1. the company, as security for the payment of the indebtedness, charges in favour of the chargee with full title guarantee (or in the case of NI charged property as beneficial owner) the following assets, both present and future, from time to time owned by it or in which it has an interest:.
