All monies due or to become due from banque national de paris to abbey national PLC under the deed of indemnity of even date and all monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the charge

All monies due or to become due from banque national de paris to abbey national PLC under the terms of the deed of indemnity of even date or by banque national de paris to abbey national alpha investments in respect of the £273,215,333 deep discount notes due 1ST april 2006 issued on 8/8/90 or by extraright limited due under the terms of the charge and deeds supplemental thereto
