Yuri Vitoldovich SHULEYKO is Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee of the region of Brest which has hosted the presence of Russian military forces prior to and during the invasion of Ukraine. In this role SHULEYKO is or has been involved in providing support for, or promoting any policy or action which destabilises Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
