Anton Valerevich KUPRIN (hereafter KUPRIN) as a member of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation holding or having held the position of Captain 1st rank, commander of the cruiser "Moskva", is an involved person under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 because KUPRIN has provided support for, and/or promoted policies or actions which destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
