Viktor MYACHIN is an involved person within the meaning of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 because he is the owner of Aerostart. Aerostart is an entity operating in the Russian transport sector. As owner of an entity carrying on business in a sector of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, namely, the transport sector, MYACHIN is involved in obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia.
