All rights,title and interest in relation to the film entitled "shadowlands".........all properties related and all collateral......all insurance policies,copyrights,rent,income.....etc. See form 395.

All that property and rights and all proceeds thereof in and to the film entitled "shadowlands" (the picture) including without limitation (I) all the copyright throughout the world in the picture and the approved screenplay and cinematograph films and sound recordings (ii) all copies of the picture and sound recordings as in (I) and all copies of the scripts and musical scores (iii) all rights of producer in relation to any written musical or artistic matter used in the production of or included in the picture (iv) all rights acquired by producer under any agreement made in connection with the production of the picture (v) all other rights and properties acquired by producer in connection with the production of the picture including monies standing to the credit of the production account and (vi) all producers rights interests and benefits under the production agreementand any subsequent agreement in substitution therefor or relating to the exploitation of the picture in additional territories or media to those comprised in the distribution agreement or the exploitation of the rights arising from the picture or the source material or the approved screenplay including all sums payable to producer or to the chargee on behalf of producer thereunder (for full details see C.H. microfiche).
