By way of fixed charge all plant machinery owned by it, all moneys, and any eligible investments representing any amount, standing to the credit of the security accounts, all benefits in respect of insurances, licences, consents etc. by way of assignment all rental income, any guarantee of rental income, all its rights and interest under the interest reserve loan account.
