Vladimir BESPALOV is the so-called Deputy Head for Domestic Policy of the administration installed by Russia in temporarily controlled territory of Kherson region, southern Ukraine. In that role, BESPALOV supports and promotes actions and policies that destabilise and undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty, or independence of Ukraine.
