All the companys right, title benefit & interest in leases approved by svenska of equipment identified in lease summaries from time to time submitted to svenska by the company pursuant to the master security assignment (see doc M39 for details).

Credit agreements deposited from time to time with hitachi credit (UK) limited and all rights and benefits in those agreements and the goods comprised in those agreements.

First fixed and specific charge over all the rights title and interest of the company under the agreements deposited from time to time with the lender under the provisions of the charging deed.

Assignment of lease agreements on the terms of the master security agreement including the leases therein specified and including other leases assigned from time to time to the company (see doc M28 for further details).

All leases, leasing contracts or hiring agreements of any vehicles or other equipment whatsoever which have been granted by the company to any person whomsoever (see doc M27 for details).

All leases, leasing contracts or hiring agreements of any vehicles or other equipment whatsoever which have been granted by the company to any person whomsoever (see doc M26 for details).

All the right, title, benefit and interest present or future of the company in and to the leases (as they are defined in the assignment) and the moneys whatsoever payable to or on account of the company in connection with the leases and all other rights and benefits whatsoever accruing to the company in connection with the leases.
